PURPOSE:To suppress the generation of an overvoltage by inputting the outputs of a lamp detecting circuit and battery detecting circuit to an AND circuit, inputting an output therefrom to a lamp side thyristor conduction angle control circuit and a lamp control circuit, and also, inputting an output of the lamp control circuit to a battery control circuit. CONSTITUTION:In a rectifier regulator circuit for controlling a lamp voltage and a battery voltage of a two-wheel barrow, first of all, a lamp detection is executed by a lamp detecting circuit 8, and also, a battery open state is detected by a battery detecting circuit 9. Subsequently, based on these detected values, AND is derived by an AND circuit 10, and when AND is formed, a lamp side thyristor conduction angle control circuit 17 is operated and a conduction angle of a lamp side thyristor is widened, and subsequently, a battery control circuit 7 is operated. In this state, unless AND is formed, a lamp control circuit 6, and subsequently, the circuit 7 are operated, and an impressed voltage to an electrical equipment at the time when a lamp does not exist and a battery is opened is suppressed.
