PURPOSE:To easily attain the high frequency matching against the dispersion or the like of the electric characteristic of circuit components by providing stubs of a prescribed length in parallel with each end of a transmission line. CONSTITUTION:Input/output matching circuits are designed for a dielectric board 1. The studs for the matching circuit are provided as a rectangular shape at the ends of transmission lines 5, 7 and 6, 8 respectively, and high frequency chip capacitors C1, C2 are connected to the prescribed positions between the stubs 10 and 11 and between the stubs 12 and 13 based on the design value. Then components are mounted onto the board 1 and if a dispersion exists in the electric characteristic of a transistor 2 or the like in the operation of a high frequency circuit, the mount positions of the capacitors C1, C2 are changed to adjust the matching. |
