<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the time necessary for curing when an adhesive is cured at a low temp. and to improve the appearance of a laminated article, by precoating polyurethane polyurea before the solventless adhesive is coated. CONSTITUTION:The polyurethane polyurea, wherein the coated film forming essential element contains 0.7-7% nitrogen, is coated as a precoating agent, before the solventless adhesive (e.g., a polyisocyanate/polyol adhesive) is coated. The ratio of NCO/OH in the solventless adhesive is controlled to >=1.5, when coating (blending) is carried out. As a result, the time necessary for curing, when curing is carried out at a low temp. (<=40 deg.C), can be reduced, and the appearance of the laminated article is improved.</p> |
