PURPOSE:To halve the conventional gap between punch dividing bodies by releasing in order the punch dividing bodies divided in two groups alternately at the different position of a mandrel shaft. CONSTITUTION:When a punch 26 is ascended, the relative engaging position with the mandrel 25 in a fixing state to the punch 26 varies and the mandrel 25 is buried relatively into the punch 26. And when a sliding body 35 reaches the lift end locking the step part 31b of a guide member 31 according to the ascent of a mobile die 10, the upper end shoulder part 25b of the mandrel 25 is tilted to the inner part by the amt. P. equiv. to the depth of the recessed part 421, 423, 425 for escape of the punch dividing body 261, 263, 265 of a 1st group. The outer diameter of the whole punch dividing body 261, 263, 265 of the 1st group thus becomes smaller than the diameter of the opening of the inner diameter part of a forming product 22 and the forming product 22 is released only from the punch dividing bodies 261, 263, 265. |
