PURPOSE:To remove a deterioration, caused at the time of passing through a rotary transformer by outputting a clock signal and a digital signal, synchronizing with the clock signal, through the respective channels of the rotary transformer, and latching them based on a D type flip, after they are shaped by first and the second comparators. CONSTITUTION:A recording processor 1 outputs the clock signal 11 and a data 12 to be recorded synchronizing with the clock signal 11, to the primary side of the channel CH 1 of the rotary transformer 2 and to the primary side of the channel CH 2 of the rotary transformer 2 respectively, and converters 31, 32 receive the secondary side outputs of the channels CH 1, CH 2 of the rotary transformer 2, and outputs them after a waveform shaping. The D type flip flop 4 inputs the outputs of the comparators 31, 32 to a clock terminal and an input terminal D, and a recording amplifier 5 lets a current, that data is amplified up to the optimum value for recording it in a magnetic tape, flow in the direction, corresponding to a voltage polarity between the output terminal Q, the inverse of Q of the D type flip flop 4, to a rotary head 6. Thus, the influence of the rotary transformer 2 can be avoided, and a good quality recording can be performed.
