PURPOSE:To permit loading of films in a phototight state by bringing a light shielding member into pressurized contact with a package body to prohibit projection of external light from the cut end thereof at the time of cutting the end of the package body and parting and displacing a moving base and the light shielding member at the time of drawing out the package body. CONSTITUTION:The light shielding member 58 which can be freely brought into pressurized contact with the film package body 116 is disposed. The light shielding member 58 is brought into pressurized contact with the end of the film package body 116 to prohibit the projection f the external light to the inside of the package body 116 from the cut part at the time of cutting the end of the package body 116. Furthermore, a receiving base 66 and the light shielding member 58 are parted from each other to avert the interference of the light shielding member 58 with the operation for drawing out the package body 116. The films are thereby phototightly maintained and the easy and sure loading of the films in a bright room is permitted.
