PURPOSE:To announce the full of a recovered developer to a user so that said developer can be surely discarded by providing an alarm generating means which is provided on the inside surface part of a container and emits an alarm when the container is full of the recovered developer. CONSTITUTION:The toner (t) remaining on a photosensitive drum 13 is scraped by a cleaning blade 32 and the scraped toner (t) is recovered by rotation of a recovering roller 33. A plane oscillation element 34 is pressed by the toner (t) and the oscillation frequency thereof rises to an audible range when the inside of a device body 31 is full of the toner. The user is thereby informed of the full toner (t) in a cleaning device 18 and makes the discarding treatment thereof. |
