PURPOSE:To increase the internal loss properly by costing a paint of a synthetic resin liquid having flaky mica onto the surface of a diaphram made of a natural pulp fiber. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin liquid 1 having 5% of cellulose nitrate with respect to the solvent is prepared and 15wt-20wt(%) of flaky mica 2 with respect to the liquid 1 is added to make a pint 3, which is stored in a tank 4 of a coater. Then the paint 3 is jetted from a nozzle 5 onto the surface (front and rear faces) of the diaphragm 6 and it is dried finally. Thus, the internal loss with a proper quantity is provided in the inside of the diaphragm 6.
