PURPOSE:To prevent a case from vibrating due to a leakage magnetic flux by disposing an iron plate on the outer periphery of a resin-molding layer of a motor. CONSTITUTION:When a voltage which is phase-controlled by a thyristor is applied to a motor, its rotor is rotated to rotate a fan 3 at a shaft 2. The vibration of the motor is alleviated since it is provided through cushion rubbers 6a, 6b in a case 5 so as not to be transmitted to the case 5. Since the outer periphery of the motor is further composed of a resin-molding layer 1, the magnetic flux of the stator in the motor is diffused externally over the layer 1, but it is shielded by ion plates 4a, 4b, 4c provided on the outer periphery. Thus, even if the case 5 is formed of the ion plates, the magnetic flux diffused over the layer 1 is shielded by the plates 4a, 4b, 4c, thereby eliminating the influence. Accordingly, the vibration of the case 5 does not generate a noise.
