PURPOSE:To efficiently monitor a cross modulation distortion in one output terminal by inputting plural signals by a combination by which the cross modulation distortion generated in a cross modulation distortion monitoring frequency is classified into N pieces of groups having the same number of distortions. CONSTITUTION:Plural signals inputted from each input terminal 11-14 are brought to power distribution to amplifiers 51-54 by the phase shift relation of a power couplier 41, and in the amplifiers 51-54, all the signals are subjected to power amplification. Thereafter, said signals are brought to power synthesis by a power coupler 42, and when they are inputted from the terminal 11, they are outputted from only the corresponding output terminal so as to be outputted to an output terminal 21. To the terminal 11, the terminal 12, the terminal 13, and the terminal 14, signals of frequency numbers 1, 5, 9, 13, 14 and 17, a signal of 21, a signal of 25, and a signal of 29 are inputted. As for a tertiary intermodulation distortion generated in the distortion monitoring frequency of a frequency number 16, the distortion power is equal irrespective of the output terminal, and by monitoring a distortion output only in one output terminal, the distortion power of all the output terminals can be detected.
