PURPOSE:To easily change an input mistake of distinction among systems by using a means which converts simultaneously both set numbers and horse numbers with input change of distinction for the forecasting system and the winding system/place system. CONSTITUTION:A manual input refund device contains a control part 2, a display part 3, a keyboard 1 and a simultaneous converting part 12 and performs the refundment for the voting slips with which the refundment is impossible via a voting slip refund device containing a reading device owing to the damage of the magnetic surfaces of slips. The manual input refused device is connected to a host computer 4 via a circuit. The horse numbers are successively inputted via the keyboard 1 in the case of the distinction and the place/wining system together with the set numbers and the slip amounts supplied in the case of the forecasting system respectively based on the display designated by a cursor on a screen displayed at the part 3. The input of distinction is changed to the forecasting system from the place/winning system due to an input mistake of the distinction after input of plural horse numbers and set numbers. In such a case, the part 12 converts the horse numbers into the set numbers. As a result, it is not required to supply the set numbers again so that the refund processing efficiency is improved. |
