PURPOSE:To realize a handling management system for a terminal equipment which excels in confidentiality by displaying only a job menu for jobs that can be handled by the operator numbers of ID cards on a picture. CONSTITUTION:A terminal equipment consists of a magnetic card reader/writer part 1, a keyboard 2, a memory circuit 3, a display device 4, and a control circuit 5 for each component element. The part 1 writes operator data including operator numbers, etc., and also reads the operator data out of an ID card. The circuit 3 stores a job management table where a management number corresponding to the operator number of the operator data is registered, a table for correspondence between the management numbers and the job names, and a job menu. When the operator number of the ID card is read out of the part 1, only the job menu corresponding to the management number registered in the job control table is displayed on the device 4. Thus the operator selects a job out of said menu and carries out it. |
