PURPOSE:To perform exactly the positioning of pin and permit a stable welding of the pin and lead wire by not only holding the pin merely but also coupling a positioning part with the lower side and circumferential side of the cap. CONSTITUTION:The device 1 for positioning a cap with a pin consists of the lower positioning part 2 contacting with the lower side (e) of the cap (c1) with the semitubular pin (d) so as to position it from the lower side and a pair of the side positioning parts 3 and 3a holding the cap (c1) with the pin from both sides for positioning. The side positioning parts 3 and 3a have the arcshaped coupling faces 30 to couple with the circumferential side f of the cap on their sides facing the cap. The positioning plates 31 are fastened to the upper parts of the positioning parts on each side, and also the positioning plates 31 have a pair of V-shaped grooves formed at the same interval as the distance between four pins fastened to the cap. |
