PURPOSE:To secure a stable temperature difference by eliminating a useless temperature rise, by bringing a part of circulating gas to a temperature rise by using one set of electric heater, and combining it, when a device to be tested is put into a container, and it is maintained at a little higher temperature than a temperature in the container. CONSTITUTION:In a container 1 for containing the device to be tested, a reflection mirror 2 and a lens 3 are provided, by which a behavior in a test space of the inside is understood. In this case, a temperature in the container 1 is held by bringing it to pressure rise and temperature rise to about 30 deg.C by a circulating blower 4 through conduits 20-22, cooling it by a cooler 5 using liquid nitrogen if necessary, and set to a test temperature by a temperature controller 6. Subsequently, this circulating gas is allowed to branch by using a conduit heater 7 and a temperature controller 8, this temperature rise gas is combined with low temperature gas passing through a conduit 24, a temperature control valve 9, the conduit 21, and a flow rate control valve 10, fed into the container 1 by setting its temperature to about 34 deg.C by a temperature controller 11, and this circulating state is maintained.
