发明名称 METHOD FOR INJECTING LIQUID CRYSTAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the liquid crystal cell from the orientation unevenness and the display unevenness of a liquid crystal cell caused by injecting the liquid crystal by removing a part far separated from an inlet for the liquid crystal which is adversely affected considerably on an impurity stuck on the surface of an orientation film material or coming out from the inside of said material. CONSTITUTION:The liquid crystal cell is formed by countering inwardly a transparent electrode 15 and an orientation treated layer 16 formed on substrates 9, 10 such as a glass respectively, and the surroundings of the liquid crystal cell is sealed 8, and the sticking part 12 of said cell is provided with the position separated from the inlet 11 so as to divide a space for injecting the liquid crystal, and the sticking part has a passage 13 for the liquid crystal. The obtd. liquid crystal vessel then is reduced pressure in a vacuum vessel. Next, at the time of slowly releasing the pressure of the vacuum vessel, the liquid crystal material is injected into the vessel from the inlet 11, thereby filling it till the part 14 of the liquid crystal vessel. As the part 14 is separated from said inlet, the liquid crystal filled within the part 14 of the liquid crystal vessel is that at the beginning of the injection, and contains the impurity stuck on the surface of the orientation film 16. At this time, the part 14 of the vessel is removed, and the passage 13 of the sticking part 12 is sealed with a sticking agent. Thus, the liquid crystal device having the good orientation and the less display unevenness is obtd.
