PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of the power circulation caused by the inner and outer peripheral speed difference of a cast billet and to stabilize the torque by receiving the cast billet bent by a bending roll and arranging a driving cradle roll as well. CONSTITUTION:A tight coil is formed on a cradle roll 9 driving the cast billet 1 fed in by a pinch roll 2 with its rotation. The gap between bending rolls 7, 8 is released by a worm jack 6 according to the growth of the outer diameter of the coil to minimize the bending work. When the device of this composition, the torque of a driving shaft can be stabilized.
