PURPOSE:To prevent a case from vibrating caused by a leakage magnetic flux by burying a magnetic steel plate in the outer periphery of a resin-molding layer of a motor. CONSTITUTION:When a voltage phase-controlled by a thyristor is applied to a motor, its rotor is rotated to rotate a load at a shaft 2. Since the outer periphery of the motor is composed of a resin-molding layer 1, the magnetic flux of the stator in the motor is diffused externally over the layer 1, but is shielded by a magnetic steel plate 3 provided on the outer periphery. Thus, even if the case is formed of the plate 3, the magnetic flux diffused over the layer 1 is shielded by the plate 3, thereby eliminating its influence. Accordingly, the vibration of the case does not generate a noise.
