PURPOSE:To subject the body to be worked transferring horizontally to laser beam machining in the shape including the height of a profiling matrix by converting the height of a profiling matrix detected by voltage in frequencies and varying the density of a laser beam pulse controlled in a fixed focused diameter and output. CONSTITUTION:The laser beam of fixed output is oscillated by an optical detector 1 inside a YAG rod 4 with the lamp 3 for exciting lit by a laser control power source 1 and the laser beam formed in pulse by a Q switch element 6 is projected by making in a fixed focusing diameter by a lens 7. On the other hand, the body 8 to be worked is placed on the table 10 horizontally transferring similar to the horizontally transferring table 18 mounting a profiling matrix by a table controller 13. The height of the profiling matrix 16 is detected 21, the change in voltage is converted by a shape measuring instrument 22 and converted 23 further in the variation of frequencies, and the Q switch element 6 is controlled by a Q switch driver 24 and converted into pulse density. With this pulse density variation the body 8 to be worked is subjected to laser beam machining in the same shape including the height as that of the profiling matrix 6. |
