<p>A cell suspension is incubated in the presence of collagen, the suspension being prepared from the heterogenous cell population which is the outcome of the combination made up of a lattice and an explant of a pathological tissue cultured according to the culture method under a covering compact lattice, the said population consisting, on the one hand, of differentiated pathological cells and, on the other hand, of fibroblasts of two types, those originating from the stroma of the tissue and those originating from the lattice.</p> |
