PURPOSE:To re-input data by means of mechanical reading by converting a recorded data to a barcode pattern, then outputting it for printing. CONSTITUTION:An editing part 14, in referring to a barcode pattern generation part 13, converts a necessary recorded data to a corresponding barcode pattern, and at the same time editing it in a prescribed format, then outputs it to a recording part 3 for printing. Accordingly, by reading thus outputted barcode by means of an optical sensor, the data can be easily inputted to another processor, also, if a reading means is provided to the titled equipment, a data inputted through keys can be re-inputted; for example, in case of a communication reservation in which one same data is required repeatedly input repeated key inputtings are made unnecessary.
