PURPOSE:To remove interfering substance simply, by setting a precolumn detachably in front of a main column. CONSTITUTION:A precolumn 2 is set detachably between a main column 3 and a sample introducing section 1. The columns 2 and 3 are filled with a desired packing agent according to purposes. when a sample flows intact from a sample introducing section 1 without pretreatment for removal of an interfering substance, the interfering substance is removed with the precolumn 2 and the sample containing no interfering substance is introduced into the main column 3. The results of analysis are detected with a detector 4. In the re-use of this analysis system, the precolumn 2 used is removed to be replaced with a new precolumn 2 or the precolumn 2 is immersed into a solvent for eluting the interfering substance to regenerate.
