摘要 PURPOSE:To produce the titled Al alloy fin material having excellent hot buckling resistance, by making the Al alloy plate contg. specific ratios of Fe, Si, Zn and Mn and in which the distributed state of intermetallic compounds is specified as the core. CONSTITUTION:The Al alloy fin material for a heat exchanger is constructed by making the Al alloy plate contg., by weight, <=0.3% Fe, <=0.6% Si, 0.5-2.0% Zn, 0.6-2.0% Mn and the balance consisting of Al with inevitable impurities and in which the distributed state of the intermetallic compounds is specified in such a manner that the intermetallic compounds having 0.1-0.3mu particle diameter are regulated to 0.5-5vol.% as the core. The fin material in which leaks are difficult to occur even by high temp. brazing heating, which has the excellent hot buckling resistance and can be thinned is thereby obtd.
