PURPOSE:To extend intervals of coating to prevent a tape from adhering to a cylinder head by providing the flange of a cleaning tape supply reel wit recessed parts which switch a liquid-impregnated body to the coating attitude. CONSTITUTION:A holder 12 holding a cleaning liquid-impregnated body 11 is shakably provided on a shaft 13, and four recessed parts 17 are provided on the peripheral edge of a flange 4b of a supply reel 4 of a cleaning tape 2 at equal intervals in the peripheral direction. When a roll 14 of the holder 12 is dropped to the recessed part 17 according as the cleaning tape 2 is run, the liquid-impregnate body 11 receives the moment of rotations to take the coating attitude; but when the roll 14 is placed on the peripheral edge part other than recessed parts 17, the liquid-impregnated body 11 takes the non- coating attitude. Since the diameter of the flange 4b is large, intervals of coating of the cleaning liquid are sufficiently wide, and adhering of the tape is effectively avoided to smoothly clean a head.
