PURPOSE:To measure loadage with good accuracy, by calculating loadage on the basis of the signals obtained by averaging the output signals of three or more liquid level sensors provided to the hull at places spaced apart from each other. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of liquid level sensors are provided to the hull at places spaced apart from each other and the liquid level detection signals of said sensors are supplied to filters 11 to be smoothed. Herein, the output signals (d) of the filters 11 in a cargo free state are stored in and held to a memory 12 as measuring reference values at first. Next, the output signals of the filters after the loading of a cargo and the aforementioned measuring reference value are compared to each other and operated by a comparing operation circuit 13 to calculate difference signals (g). From these difference signals (g), the change in the displacement of the hull is calculated by a displacement change calculation circuit 14 and the loadage of the cargo is calculated from the calculated displacement signal (h) and the preliminarily calculated specific gravity signal (i) showing the specific gravity of water (seawater) by a multiplier circuit 15.
