PURPOSE:To automatically change over raw material under the state that the change- over time of the raw material is shortened and the raw material loss due to change- over is kept to minimum by a method wherein data concerning to purging conditions are read out and transferred to a controller so as to control the feeding action of purging raw material by means of a raw material changing-over device and the running action for purging of an injection molder. CONSTITUTION:A main control unit 29 monitors the arrival of the cumulative shot number of the present product to the project shot number based on production schedule and reads the purging conditions, which are determined in advance in accordance with the combination of product materials to be changed-over, of a memory 31 in order to transfer them to a molder controller 25 and a raw material changing-over controller 26. As a result, the raw material changing-over controller 26 changes over the feeding raw material of a raw material changing-over deice 13 from the present product raw material to the predetermined purging raw material. In addition, the molder controller 25 controls the running action for purging of an injection molder 10. Accordingly, the changing-over action of raw material can be optimized and rationalized and raw material can be automatically changed-over under the state that the change-over time of the raw material is shortened and the raw material loss due to change-over is kept to minimum. |
