PURPOSE:To continuously obtain INARISUSHI (a vinegared rice ball wrapped up in a bag of fried bean curd) at a high speed, by cutting a fried bean curd having a part near both sides of line for dividing into two put on a cutting ridge part along the cutting line excluding the both side thereof and packing cooked rice into the widely opened opening and cutting the connecting part. CONSTITUTION:Part near both sides of line for dividing into two of a fried bean curd 1 before dividing is put on an upper face 2 for cutting ridge part 2 and both half parts 1a and 1a' of the fried bean curd is hung by itself on both sides of the ridge part 2. Then downward forces is applied to both half one parts 1a and 1a' hung to give tension state of direction intersecting a part existing on the above-mentioned upper face 2a with the line for dividing into two and upper side piece 1b of part excluding both end part of the line for dividing into two is cut near the surface and in both end parts of the line, upper side piece 1b and lower side piece 1c are both cut. The both side part of cutting line of piece 1b is each held to form the openings 4 and 4' between the piece 1b and the piece 1c. Then rice is packed into bag-like space part formed by blowing a gas from the openings 4 and 4' and the remaining connection part of both half one parts 1a and 1a' is cut on the upper face 2a to provide the two INARISUSHI (a vinegared rice ball wrapped in a bag of fried bean curd). |
