PURPOSE:To make it possible to adjust timing for engaging a main clutch by rotatingly adjusting the position of a hydraulic cylinder of the main clutch hydraulically actuated through an operating switch provided on a gear shift lever by means of a lever mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A lever 8 is manipulated to adjust timing for a main clutch. When the lever 8 is rotatingly adjusted in a direction (A), an eccentric pin rises to raise the supporting position of a hydraulic cylinder 6, resulting in the delayed engagement of the main clutch 4. On the other hand, when the lever 8 is rotatingly adjusted in a direction opposite to the arrow (A), the engagement of the main clutch is advanced.
