<p>The invention relates to a device for controlling the supply of gas to a gas-consuming appliance, in particular a gas oven, having shut-off members arranged in series in the conduit in the device, one of which shut-off elements, as a shut-off device, only shuts off or completely frees the supply of gas and the other, as a control device, determines the flow rate by intermediate positions of the control element. The valve control elements of both shut-off elements are actuated by a driving spindle and the valve control element of the shut-off device is coaxial with the driving spindle and the valve control element of the control device lies to the outside of the driving spindle. A threaded part coaxially surrounding the driving spindle is driven by the driving spindle via a screw mechanism, is axially displaceable and, by way of this axial travel, the valve control element of the control device is actuated.</p> |
