PURPOSE:To improve water-proof performance between a mount plate and housing by incorporating part of the mount plate with the housing. CONSTITUTION:A water-proof packing is clipped between the circumference of the mount plate 30 and the mount face and a handle accommodation chamber 36 is recessed incorporatedly to the front face of the mount plate and a water- proof cover 16 having flexibility to enclose the front face is arranged to the handle accommodation chamber while its rear face is abutted on an actuator. A handle 41 pressing the actuator 13 of an operation switch via a water-proof cover is arranged on the front face of the water-proof cover 16 and a decorative plate 40 provided with a membrane sheet 49 having flexibility covering the front face of the handle 41 is arranged on the front face of the mount plate 30. Thus, the water-proof performance between the mount plate and the housing 3 is improved.
