PURPOSE:To simplify the operation of the picture data receiver as well as to secure an easy decision for the fault and misoperation of the receiver by giving an automatic display of the advice information for the operation procedure and others according to the make of the power source. CONSTITUTION:The picture data changed into the digital form which are transmitted via the transmission circuit are written into the data memory 4 for refresh, and memory 4 is read according to the scanning velocity of the picture display. Initial clear circuit 6 is actuated by the make of the power source, and advice memory 9 memorizes the advice information for the operation procedure, the telephone number and others. Then the contents of memory 9 is read out in accordance with occurrence of the output of circuit 6 and then written into memory 6. The advice information for the operation procedure, etc. is displayed automatically according to the power source make. As a result, the operation is simplified for the picture data receiver, at the same time facilitating an easy decision for the fault and misoperation of the receiver. |
