摘要 PURPOSE:To enable the continuous removal of dust in high temperature gas heat exchanging operation to be performed by a method wherein a heat exchanger unit is formed in a cylindrical form and a high temperature gas having dust or mist etc. removed therefrom is fed into the lower end of the heat exchanger unit and at the same time a high temperature gas feeding inlet is formed in a tangential direction at the upper part of an outer cylinder fixed at the outer side of the heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:A high temperature gas flow passage 5 is formed between an outer cylinder 2 and a heat exchanger unit 1 and the upper part of the passage is formed with a feeding inlet 6 in a tangential direction. When hot gas is fed into a heat exchanger, the gas is lowered while circulating around a flow passage 5. Then, dust or mist included in hot gas is moved toward an outside part of circulation flow with a centrifugal force, reaches an inner wall surface of the outer cylinder 2, gradually descends the surface to reach a collecting part 7, and thereafter is taken out of the device. In turn, the hot gas cleared of dust etc. enters a small pipe 4, heat exchanges with heated fluid fed into a pipe 3 and ascends while heating the fluid and lastly it is discharged out of the device through a discharging port 10.
