PURPOSE:To obtain highly reliable connection, by providing an electrical connecting member between both circuit boards, and alloying and connecting the metal members of the electrical connecting member and the connecting parts of both circuit boards. CONSTITUTION:An electrical connecting member 125 is provided between both circuit boards 101 and 104. The member 125 has a plurality of metal members 107. One end of each member 107 is exposed to the side of the board 101. The other end of the member 107 is exposed to the side of the board 104. Each insulating body 111 has a hole, which is opened to the outside. A connecting part 102 of the board 101 and one end of the member 107 exposed to the side of the board 101 are made to be alloyed and connected. A connecting part 105 of the board 104 and the one end of the member 107 exposed to the side of the substrate 104 are made to be alloyed and connected. Thus the highly reliable connection is obtained.
