PURPOSE:To obtain cereals-treating apparatus capable of carrying out stable vapor-boiling operation of the cereals, by constituting the apparatus so that cereals being carried is heated with vapor passing through vapor vent and vapor passed through between grains and completed in heat operation is filled from a space part upward the cereals also to a space part of near cereals. CONSTITUTION:In the first steaming apparatus 12 and the second steaming apparatus 14, where vapor attained space part after heating rice is sent from vapor hole 29 to a space part 4 and discharged out of the apparatus, vapor is filled in each space part 4 and 9. Although vapor temperature filled in the space part 9 is several degree lower than the vapor temperature in passing through vapor passing hole of a conveyer 5, the temperature is still high. Therefore, cereals at the upper part is heated with the vapor. According to the apparatus, lowering of product value originated from scattering of quality by influence of outer temperature can be prevented, because quality of cereals boiled with vapor is improved and simultaneously vapor in the space part 4 exhibits temperature-retaining function. |
