PURPOSE:To prevent high-frequency energies from leaking outward by positioning at least one turn of coil-shaped heater wires in the thickened part of a link surface of the wall surface of a heating chamber, and setting the length of an inclined side of the coil at a value sufficiently shorter than the working wavelength. CONSTITUTION:In a heating chamber 1, high-frequency energies of a wavelength lambdaare sealed to subject a food to dielectric heating, and the food is externally heated by heater wires 3 of a grill heater 5. Support tubes 4 support the heater wires, and at least one turn of the coil-shaped heater wires 3 is located within the height T of a link provided outside a heating chamber wall surface 2. That is, the one turn is constituted as an oblique side R in which the coil of the heater wire 3 is inclined. When the inclination angle made by the base P of a triangle and the side R is represented by H, T>P and R<<lambda, Hnot equal to 0 deg. and Hnot equal to 180 deg.. Thus, the heating chamber wall surface 2 and the heater wires 3 do not constitute a coaxial transmission line and show no radiation characteristic in the outside direction of the heating chamber 1.
