PURPOSE:To increase insulating effect and improve durability by a method wherein an insulating member is composed of baking bodies of which main component is inorganic material and formed decomposably and also moisture resistant surface coating layers are placed on the surfaces of this insulating member. CONSTITUTION:An insulating member 18 is constituted decomposably by the upper insulating member 19 and lower insulating member 20 and they are placed on a vaporizer from the top and bottom sides of the vaporizer. The members 19, 20 are obtained by molding with ceramic material after baking. When a certain allowable thickness can be adopted from the stand-point of designed strength, it is better for the member to be baked in foam-shape. Surface coating layers 21 are obtained after moisture resistant surface coating material is applied on the surfaces of the member 18 and then baked. The members 18, 19 keep stable form and are not deformed at the time of re-assembly and can cover the vaporizer 3 in the same form and their original forms are kept and they are attached and removed easily. Since the layers 21 are placed on the surfaces of the member 18, the permeation of oils and fats, such as kerosene, etc. can be prevented and insulating effect can be increased.
