At this time, a revolving speed judging circuit 25 judges if the engine revolving speed N is under specific value or not, and if yes, the timing selecting circuit 26 selects the fuel injection timing with time synchronization at specific unitary time of period, followed by outputting, and if no, the fuel injection timing with reference synchronization at specific crank angle.
