PURPOSE:To facilitate adjustment of color balance, by adjusting a filter for transmitting light of specific wavelength to a random position in relative moving direction of the filter with respect to an exposing means, thereby varying exposing time through the filter. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a document 3 is scanned by light from a light source lamp 5, and scanned light is focused through a three color decomposition filter 8 into the surface of CCD 9. An image information is converted into an electrical signal then amplified by an amplifier 10 and transmitted through a driver 11 to an impact head 12. The impact head 12 makes an impact print of opaque ink corresponding to respective colors of a color ink ribbon 15 onto the surface of an intermediate sheet 14 with respect to an area of data where light is not sensed through CCD 9. A positive film image on the intermediate sheet 14 is lapped over a light-sensitive and pressure-sensitive recording sheet 19 on an exposure table 18, and respective filters 24a-24d are previously arranged at random positions by an adjusting device 25 so as to carry out exposure by means of the light fed from an exposing lamp 23 through or not through filters 2a-24d thus forming a latent image on the light-sensitive pressure- sensitive recording sheet 19.
