The invention relates to a laboratory device for an analysis requiring transient contact of a solid phase, containing or carrying at least one first reagent, with a liquid phase, containing at least one second reagent, consisting of two compartments, each having at least one opening on the outside fitted with a closure means, and comprising a means for connecting the said compartments, this means allowing the said liquid contained in one of the compartments to be passed in a closed system to the other compartment, and to be returned to its original compartment.
