The invention relates to a device allowing swing shutters to be operated and locked remotely, from inside premises, without opening the windows. It consists of a bent arm, composed of a crank 1 and a rod 2, assembled with multiple-position semi-rigid jointing, and a slide 4 housed in a guide rail 5 which is fixed to the shutter and connected to a locking system. A hook 3, made at the end of the rod, can clamp the slide 4, slide it in both directions, using the semi-rigid jointing, and disengage therefrom. A lug 29, fixed to the front arm of the rod, and introduced into the guide rail after complete opening of the shutter, blocks the latter in the open position. <IMAGE>
