PURPOSE:To obtain the titled cumulative membrane, having a high strength and useful for temperature sensors, by forming a monomolecular layer of an acrylamide based compound having a specific phospholipid analogous structure on a water surface, laminating the monomolecular layer one by one on a solid substrate and exposing the laminated layers to radiation. CONSTITUTION:A compound, expressed by formula I (R is H or methyl) and having a phospholipid analogous structure is dissolved in benzene, etc., and dripped on a water tray of a device for forming a Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) membrane to evaporate the solvent, such as benzene. The surface area of the water surface 4 is reduced to by a barrier to form monomolecular layer of the compound on the water surface. The monomolecular layer is then laminated on a solid substrate 1 one by one to afford a cumulative membrane, which is subsequently exposed to radiation, such as gamma-rays, and polymerized to provide the aimed cumulative membrane in which plural monomolecular layers of the polymer, expressed by formula II (z is polymerization degree) and having the phospholipid analogous structure are laminated.
