PURPOSE:To correctly and strongly hold a coil in a correct position and to improve a vibration ability by providing a damper with an engaging piece to adhere and fix the damper to a yoke, and abutting a frame member constituting of a case against the inner peripheral step part of a side frame member together with the damper. CONSTITUTION:To the damper 7, the band-shaped engaging piece 73 formed by bending orthogonally in the direction of a magnet 8 is provided. The accurate positionings of the damper 7, the top plate 12 of the yoke, and of a bottom plate 11, can be easily set by the engaging piece 73. Since the inner periphery of the damper 7 is adhered and fixed on the planar surface of the plate 12 or 11, the strength of the adhesion can be increased. Since frame members 1a, 1b and the outer periphery of the damper 7 are abutted against the step parts 24, 25 of the side frame member 2 of the case 3 at their outer peripheries, the positioning of the coil 5 in the clearance between a pole piece 10 and the top plate 12 of the yoke 9 can be set easily and accurately. Also, since the frame members 1a, 1b and the damper 7 are joined and fixed together on the step parts 21, 22 of the side frame member 2, the assembly work can be remarkably simplified.
