The invention relates to a safety package with a container and a pouring stopper. The pouring stopper 12 is fixed to the container 14 in such a way that it cannot be removed and that it makes it necessary to pour the contents of the container by making them pass through a pouring orifice 19 formed in the top 17 of the stopper, and that it prevents the refilling of the container. An internal bead located on a skirt 21 of the stopper engages with a groove 28 on the neck 22 of the container and the skirt 21 of the stopper 12 is in the immediate proximity of a shoulder 23 of the neck 22 when the stopper is fixed on the container, in order to dissuade any attempt at removing the stopper 12 by means of a tool using lever action.
