METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PRODUCING SPEAKER DIAPHRAGM

PURPOSE:To attain automation with a simplified device and at the same time to reduce the occupied area and to stabilize the quality for a speaker diaphragm by molding and blanking a thermoplastic sheet while clamping it as it is. CONSTITUTION:The thermoplastic sheet A at a feed roll is drawn out by a prescribed length by a feed device 22. Then a material which clamps the sheet A is clamped with operations of a chuck part 13, and a mold 5 is descended by a descending action of a press to mold the heated part of the sheet A which is carried out previously with the material processing. At the same time, a heater 14 descends to heat the heating material at a prescribed position of the sheet A before molding and feeding by a device 22. Then a slide cylinder 2 is driven in accordance with an ascending action of the press 1, and a dieset moves vertically to the longitudinal direction of the sheet A. Then a blanking mold moves to the position of the mold 5, and the outer circumference part and the center part of the area formed with descending action of the press 1 are blanked.
