PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a brush structure by radially forming a brush and a commutator slid surface, and simultaneously integrally molding a commutator with a flat armature winding. CONSTITUTION:A magnet side yoke 7 and a permanent magnet 8 are fastened to the interior of a motor frame 6 madeof nonconductive resin material. Another yoke 9 is used also as a motor frame at opposite side, and an armature 10 is fastened to a shaft 11 between a permanent magnet 8 secured to the frame 6 and the yoke 7 and the yoke 9. The slide surfaces of a brush 15 and a commutator 14 are radially formed, and the commutator 14 is integrally molded simultaneously with a flat armature winding of the armature 10. |
