A conventional device for hot-smoking is intended exclusively for use in the open air. The hot-smoking and grilling device according to the invention (main application P 3605709.6) is made suitable for preparing a doner kebab as well by the mounting of insertable feet, which permit the device to be erected at 90@ to its former position and by the provision of a turning spit.
