Pastes for treating inflammatory skin reactions comprise at least one antimycotic agent (I), at least one antibiotic (II), biotin, talc and hypophilic emulsion-type ointment base. The compsns. pref. contain 1.2-5 wt.% (I), 0.15-0.35 wt.% (II), 0.04-0.06 wt.% biotin and 15-20 wt.% talc, opt. together with 1-20 wt.% ZnO or a Zn salt and 0.05-0.085 wt.% of one or more corticosteroids (III). USE/ADVANTAGE - The compsns. are esp. useful treating nappy rash. Biotin potentiates the activity of (I) and (II), reduces healing times to 1/5-1/3.
