PURPOSE:To decrease the chip area by setting an electric charge in response to each capacitance into each capacitor, transferring the electric charge stored in each capacitor and outputting the result of total sum thereby reducing the current consumption. CONSTITUTION:Capacitors C0-C2 are provided corresponding to each bit of a digital input signal and have a capacitance proportional to the weight of the quantized bit of the digital value. Transfer setting means IV0-IV2 and transfer means S10-S12 set an electric charge in response to each capacitance of the capacitors C0-C2. Transfer/total sum means S20-S22 transfer the electric charge stored in the capacitors C0-C2 and output the result of total sum as an analog signal.
