<p>PURPOSE:To make the title device compact by combining a polarity reversal switching solid-state circuit which transmits predetermined polarity and reversed polarity current pulses at a fixed time interval, and a static shield casing encircling each member. CONSTITUTION:In a two-way valve V, compressed air comes from a compressed air supply source 1 passing through a drying cylinder 3, then is dehumidified and sent out of an outlet port 2 of the subject device for use. Simultaneously some amount of dried air goes back through a drying cylinder 3', discharging moisture and dust sticking to the internal filter outside the device via the two- way valve V' and a muffler 4'. After this, for instance, thirty seconds later, this passage direction is completely reversed. That is, one drying cylinder is dehumidified by a purified and dehumidified air generated by the other drying cylinder every thirty seconds. The purified and dehumidified air is always released through the outlet port 2.</p> |
