PURPOSE:To distribute and transmit a document data quickly without manual intervention by using data stored in a document format file and a destination dictionary file so as to extract a destination facsimile number. CONSTITUTION:A data processing unit 1 outputs a document printer output record to an output spool file 2. The output spool file 2 stores a printer output record. A transmission controller 5 reads its printer output record to extract a destination of the printer output record from format information stored in the document format file 3, retrieves the destination dictionary file 4 to obtain a facsimile number corresponding to the destination key. Moreover, the distribution controller 5 outputs a read printer output record to a bit map drawn picture mechanism 6, expands it in a bit map memory 7 and outputs it to the printer 9. |
