METHANE FERMENTATION DEVICE OF DISTILLATION WASTE LIQUID OF II-CLASS SHOCHU (DISTILLED SPIRITS) BY COAGULATION OF FUNGUS BODY

PURPOSE:To enable high-load treatment by performing methane fermentation while adding a cationic flocculating agent into liquid incorporated in a fermentation tank. CONSTITUTION:Methane bacteria are introduced into a tank of a cationic flocculating agent soln. and this soln. is led to the bottom part of a fermentation tank 1 with a pump 8 of the flocculating agent through a feed pipe 15 thereof. The cationic flocculating agent is fed through a discharge port 2 at the rate of 3-5g for 1kg of anaerobic sludge incorporated in the fermentation tank and the mixture is agitated with an agitator 10. Thereby when performing methane fermentation, floc of fungus bodies is hard to be formed and the digestion capacity of high-concn. organic material is raised.
